This is our 4th annual Ralston/Avent clinic and our favorite weekend of the entire year. They just keep getting better and better!!!!

This year’s clinic is $750 per person, limited to 12 folks.

Clinic includes:

  • 2 Amazing Clinicians

  • Full run of the facility, 30 fresh cattle, 9 buffalo, mechanical cow, trail course, large indoor and outdoor arenas

  • RV Plug-in - Electric Only (50, 30, 110 avail.)

  • Outdoor Horse Pen (1)

  • Home-raised and homemade lunch all 3 days.

  • Special Saturday Evening Dinner

  • Attended other PQH clinics?? We have a returning attendee gift package just for you!!

Schedule Includes:

  • Sunset cattle gather out on the Perry Ranch

  • Mock Cow Horse Show with AQHA score sheets and 2 judges - video review hopeful

  • A ranch style calf branding on Sunday morning

Payment and Deposit

To reserve your spot a $300 *non-refundable deposit is required or you can pay in full for a $30 discount.

Deposit Policy:

Once the clinic is full we will start a waiting list. If you pay your deposit, but cannot attend, we will work diligently to fill your spot from our waiting list. If it is more than 30 days prior to the clinic and we fill your spot, 100% of your deposit will be returned. If we fill your spot 30 or fewer days of the clinic, your deposit will be returned minus $100. If we are unable to fill your spot, the deposit is forfeit. Any help you can offer to fill your spot would be greatly appreciated.

Important Details

  • If you do not have an LQ trailer, we have a very nice guest house on the ranch. It is $25/night per person (sleeps 8). RSVP with CJ.

  • Attendees may bring 2 horses at no extra cost. To ensure that everyone gets the time they paid for, those with 2 horses may switch at lunch; riding 1 horse in the am and the other in the pm.

Several types of Horse Accommodations Available.

  • Outdoor (uncovered) pen for 1 horse is included in the clinic price. 2nd horse is $10/night for outdoor pens.

  • Indoor pen for 1st horse is $10/night; 2nd horse is $15/night.

  • We also have 3 large permanent stalls (15x15 & 17x17). Those are $25/night.

  • All indoor stalls must be reserved with CJ in advance. Limited and need to be left clean. Shavings will be available for sale for $5/bag or you may bring your own.
