INCENTIVES:

• NRCHA COW HORSE INCENTIVE - Enrollment is $275 if paid by the end of the year.

• LEGENDARY STAKES - eligible events - Reined Cow Horse, Ranch Horse (versatility/stock horse), Heeling - No Enrollment Fees!

• AQHA Ranching Heritage Eligible - Enrollment is $310 for life. WCH, Roping, Ranch Riding, Barrels, and more!

Bill of Sale - Terms and Services:

• Payment Schedule: Buyer will pay a non-refundable 40% of the purchase price as a deposit. The remaining balance of the purchase price and any board or other expenses is due before any transportation of the horse.

• We will wean, perform basic halter breaking and trailer training, and provide post-weaning feed & care for up to 20 days post-weaning as part of the purchase price. This gives the Buyer ample time to arrange for horse transportation. Should more time be needed, the board is $10/day starting at day 21 post-weaning.

• We will provide periodic pictures/videos and updates at the Buyer’s request while the horse is in our care.

• We will pay for any requested travel paperwork (Coggins/Health Certificate).

• We will register (you pick the name) the horse with AQHA and transfer ownership immediately upon payment in full and fund verification. The buyer will be responsible for AQHA Ranching Heritage and NRCHA Cow Horse Incentive nomination payments. The NRCHA payment is $275 if paid on time & can be made online. The AQHA RHB payment is $310, payable at any time before showing. We will provide information to help the owner complete the enrollment processes.
