We consider “Romeo” to be our breeding program’s “Firestarter” because he definitely “kicked it up a notch”.

“Romeo” is a once in a lifetime horse for us. His stout, strong, correct conformation gives him the open level talent to do anything we put before him. From pasture roping on the ranch to the NRCHA show pen, we are always impressed with his ability to get the job done.

Cowy, smart, and full of try. As you can see from the pictures he is also quite the mover. What you can’t see in the pictures is how great minded and smooth to ride he is.

The best part is how much of him shines through in his progeny. He really stamps them and we have bred him to a large variety of mares. They have his talent, flash, and confidence, are very trainable, and as smooth to ride as Romeo.

This special stallion will make a great cross on a variety of mares. With only 2 foal crops of show age, he currently has progeny successfully showing in NRCHA, AQHA, AQHA RHB, Rope Horse Futurities of America, SHOT, & some are very soon to hit the Barrels pen.

  • He also has many thousands in earnings from VRH & cutting jackpots, sorting & penning.

  • Progeny earnings: In his 1st 2 foal crops (2019, 2020) he has 6 foals with documented earnings - $16,516 won, 14 AQHA points (Open) and they are just getting started. This does not include $ won not reported by Q-data or AQHA. 


He is 100% sound to show and loves to work on the ranch. He has been collected, freezes extremely well, and has also had several successful pasture breeding seasons. We are toying with selling him as managing 3 stallions in a small program is overwhelming. We will be retaining all straws in storage to breed our own mares, buyer can sell future breedings.
